I walked at messam 5k and did pretty good. I passed on sunrise half/5k.

Sunday agenda-race?

I chose bunny bolt 5k.

the good: weather, finisher medal, pr for this year (not in total)

the bad: had to do more walking than wanted, couldn't see registration area in dark

the ugly: no where near podium

I chose not to race even though there were at least 3 events, one which Steve won his age group.

I chose the 3 kinss 5k

the good: finished, in miami

the bad: late start (already at 8)

the ugly: parking, fee
