2. s. fl. sunset challenge (3 pm)

i did both; a double header!

the former, i walked unofficially. the latter, mostly jog, my time was better than expected, considering the hills. both had finisher medals.

Merry Christmas! My 2nd since the stroke. praise the lord, i got to another one. on my power, i visited an ex, who visited me at rehab and a former co-worker, as a surprise. both showed great hospitality.

i only found 1, a  sand event, therefore i train.

i passed on racind; i opted to train instead.

first weekend of the month. I passed on rare Friday night race-bill bone 5k/10k

3. family fun 5k/1 mile

I did the latter; closest in proximity and put on by spencer.

I did both events and got finisher medals. the weather was good and I got post stroke PRs by seconds.
