I did #2. clint time:

The good: finishers medal, cooler start
The bad: got hot, 2 loop cross country portion course
The ugly: no podium, parking arrangement

Sunday agenda-race?

1. pancreatic cancer 5k
2. I care, I cure, I run
3. 305 marathon

I did the latter for 2 reasons:

1. pre registered prior to stroke
2. closest in proximity

The good: completed longest distance after stroke (half), overcast, slight wind
The bad: hot and humid, wind (affects speed)
The ugly: temp medal, slowest half in my life
