Saturday agenda-race?

Here is what I found for this day:

1. triumph 5k
2. stomp out bullying 5k

I chose the former. Clint time:

The good: finisher medal, 7 am start
The bad: cotton tshirt, award medal, weather (hot and humid)
The ugly: didn't place because didn't do top 3 overall (bumped me to 4th)

Sunday agenda-race?

Not! I couldn't find anything, so therefore I trained; I did 'everything' but run. this was the last sunday of the month.
