the good: broke 36 min with walking 5x

the bad: last in my 10 year age group

the ugly: drank 1/3 of new bang drink then trouble breathing; admitted over night to memorial hospital in broward.

released from hospital around noon; no race.

this past Wednesday, Biden/Harris (Kamala) were officially inaugurated, while trump was insisting voter fraud even before the elections, continued during then incited an insurrection on the capitol in a rally, telling his supporters to 'stop the steal', in which they broke in looking to stop the electoral ballots from being counted and capture or kill whoever they didn't like. 5 people ended up dying; hundreds arrested.

meanwhile, didn't find or do any race this weekend. races hard to find due to the pandemic.

yes, but a fun run! yesterday began a new year and i kicked it off with an event. i 'ran' the first mile (estimated) then walked the rest (late start (9 am)+humid and not a race).
