i did the latter. clint time:

the good: finished
the bad: no finisher medal, only 1 oa and master, 10 year ag
the ugly: hot and humid, no award

sunday agenda-race?

1. pink walk

the good: nice finisher medal
the bad: started over an hour after 7 am start time
the ugly: no awards, miles not correct (< 2 miles)

i did the latter; closest in proximity. clint time:

the good: placed 2 ag
the bad: ag= 52-62, no finisher medals
the ugly: extremely late start (scheduled 8, began 9:15), humdity due to late

i am definitely not ready for the former, so i did the latter. eastwood time:

the good: finisher medal, got post stroke pr, descent weather for this season
the bad: distance to race
the ugly: didnt place

the afforementioned race was cancelled due to a tropical storm scare. i had to train instead.

4. running  cancer out of the park

missed them all; trained instead.

i did runners depots event. clint time:

the good: finisher medal
the bad: heat and humidity
the ugly: because of the bad, i only jogged the 1st (slower than expected) then walked the remaining of the race except  the .1.
